Vendor Terms & Conditions
1. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued upon acceptance. Payment is due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Participation is confirmed only once payment is received.
2. Vendor Withdrawal Cancellation Policy
Should a vendor choose to withdraw, refunds are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of the organiser. Written notice is required.
3. Weather Policy
This event is held outdoors and will proceed in all weather conditions, including rain, unless conditions are deemed unsafe or severe by the organisers or relevant authorities. In the event of cancellation due to severe adverse weather, vendors will be advised of next steps. Please note, there will be no vendor refunds issued unless a successful insurance claim is approved under the event cancellation policy.
NB: If a legitimate claim is activated and successful, a $100 + GST admin fee will be charged per vendor to support processing and communication of the claim.
