Vendor Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Terms

Invoices are issued from The Hills Shire Council upon acceptance of your application. Payment is due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Participation is confirmed only once payment is received.

2. Vendor Withdrawal Cancellation Policy

Should a vendor choose to withdraw, refunds are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of the organiser. Written notice is required.

3. Weather Policy

This event is held outdoors and will proceed in all weather conditions, including rain, unless conditions are deemed unsafe or severe by the organisers or relevant authorities. In the event of cancellation due to severe adverse weather, vendors will be advised of next steps. Please note, there will be no vendor refunds issued unless advised by Council.
